I’m Shelby Down—a professional Makeup Artist serving Durham Region, Kawartha Lakes and the GTA. With a diploma in Makeup Artistry, I have the skills and experience to create beautiful and versatile looks, including: Natural, Bridal, Glamour, Drag, Time Period, Fantasy, Special FX, and more. I’m very comfortable working with clients of all ethnicities, ages and skin types. I’m also certified in manicure, pedicure, lash lift, brow lamination, henna brow and tint.
