“I booked Shelby for a formal and absolutely LOVED her work. Her skill is impeccable and her attention to detail is even better, I showed her a picture of what I wanted and it turned out better than I could have imagined. Shelby is an amazing artist but she is also personable and fun to chat with, I recommend her to everyone I know looking for a Makeup Artist.
Shelby is dedicated to her work, but more importantly, she is dedicated to her clients and is always cautious to ensure no double bookings happen. I was also extremely impressed with the quality of makeup used, it lasted all night but was still manageable to take off with some makeup remover. I had Shelby apply false lashes too and they stayed on all night - perfectly. There is really not much else that can be said, other than her ethic, skill, and awesome personality makes her the best at what she does. HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!”

“I have had the pleasure of having multiple services provided by Shelby Down. She has done my makeup for many different events including my professional head shots, date night, trade shows and more recently online conference calls. Shelby listens to what look you’re wanting to achieve and also gives her professional opinion to what can and can’t work based on your natural features. I’ve seen her work on women and girls of all ages and not one ‘look’ looks the same. Some makeup artists have one look they stick with I’ve noticed and recreate it on all of their clients, but not Shelby.
I’ve also recently started receiving some of her aesthetician services; manis and pedis. She meticulous and very gentle.
I recommend Shelby for all of your makeup and aesthetic services, you won’t be disappointed.
